A shipping date is provided on every single product page on the site. You can see it in a countdown timer window.

USPS Priority Mail

We ship Super Glitter orders via USPS Priority Mail (US addresses). The post office says that it takes 1-6 days to anywhere in the US. Their transit estimates are not guaranteed. All boxes that we ship are automatically insured against loss and damage. The post office will not cover mail that is stolen out of your mail box, so be sure to provide a SECURE address. The insurance company that we use will not reimburse a customer until 30 days has passed.

General Information

Weekends: We are open to answer your questions on the weekends via e-mail and phone. We do not guarantee to process or ship orders during those days (sometimes we do if we are extra busy). Every item on the site as an estimated ship date given. This date changes based on the exact moment you are viewing/buying the item. 

Shipping Holidays: Please be aware of US Post Office holidays On these days your box will be packed by us but will not go out until the holiday is over.

Backorders: We try not to backorder any items. If we know for sure when an out of stock item will be coming in we may choose to hold your order (if the item will be back in stock in a day or two). If we will be out of stock for a long time or an item has been discontinued we will contact you via e-mail or phone to let you know.

Bad Addresses: Please double check your address as you enter it. Relying on your browser's auto-fill is a mistake. Why? Because it makes mistakes all the time. ALL THE TIME. We ship packages to the address you provide. It is up to you to provide a correct and complete address. If we ship to a wrong address and it comes back to us, we will restock your order and issue a refund for the product only. We will not reimburse you for the shipping costs if you provide a bad address. Take a moment to double check before hitting that submit button, please!

If you received a tracking number via email from us you can track your package easily. Usually, you can just click the link in the email and it takes you to a page where it displays tracking information. If it does not work try the links below:

Free Shipping Offer: If your order is over $100 your shipping is free! Shipping offer is for Ground Service only. It may take up to one week to arrive. US addresses only!

International Shipping

We DO NOT quote shipping via email- we just cannot be as accurate as our shopping cart is. Please put the item(s) you want in a cart and use the shopping cart to calculate shipping using the name of your country and postal code.

Here are the US Post Office estimates on shipping times for International boxes. We find that adding a day or two on to their estimate is more realistic due to customs clearance issues.

US 1st Class Mail: varies by location (1 to 6 weeks- no tracking past the US border)

US Priority Mail: 6-10 Days (basic tracking offered)

We have been shipping boxes internationally for over 25 years. Our experience is that 98% of boxes make it to their final destination and that 60% make it on time. The remaining make it there 1-10 days late.

All boxes are automatically insured. The insurance company will not reimburse a customer until 45 days has passed.

Please read the Important Notes below before you order!


1. We will not put down on the customs form that this order is a gift- that is illegal.

2. You may end up paying duty/taxes when your box arrives. These duties/taxes are determined by your government (not the USA) so it is up to you to pay them and to be aware of them! You may want to contact your local post office/customs office and see what the charge might be before you order.   These fees can be very high.

3. Transit time may take longer due to customs clearance. Please allow lots of extra time or be willing to communicate with your local office to help speed it along.

4. We no longer ship to Dubai!  We have had way too many packages not arrive that were sent via 1st Class Mail. If you want to pay for Priority Mail with full insurance, please contact us.
